Unable to get a table till later which fair enough we hadn't booked but was that a night club joined on to the restaurant??? So sorry to say that the noise from the bar area was so ridiculously loud it would have ruined our evening anyway, couldn't hear myself think, such a shame as this was to have been a treat for husbands birthday as we were away for the weekend. Disappointed that we didn't get in but couldn't and shouldn't have that amount of noise and not somewhere supposed to be a special place. Marco please sort it out. Hilton or not manners regarding others need to be observed and practiced regarding the noise. But Lady on desk was lovely

It's OK here, but a little more finesse would not go amiss in the evenings. Breakfast is good, but a better eye on things like the scrambled eggs would improve things. Some of the other breakfast items were getting tough & over-cooked. Also, the plates were cold; the plate warmer wasn't working. Great selection, just a little more attention to detail - isn't this one of Marco Pierre White's mantras???
