With over a decade of experience Lisa has extensive knowledge in this area. She is professional, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Having had forearm and hand problems and feeling pain just picking up a small cup, Lisa was able to massage and manipulate the problem areas in my forearm/hand and check if there was tendon damage or muscle knots. Luckily she diagnosed no tendon damage, and after some manipulation/massage and a good night's rest the problem dissapeared the next day, just like magic. Just unbelievable. Highly recommended and available to book at Pacific Gym Lincoln.

Fantastic! Despite my perhaps not so clear & concise description of back & shoulder issues during weight training. My range of movement increased considerably over two sessions. At 40 I'd accumulated a fair amount of knots & scarring. I feel I stand straighter, shoulders & back feel so much better. I've recommended Lisa to friends & collegues based on my experience for which I'm most grateful.
