HF Sports and Remedial Massage

I started seeing Hayley with leg, hamstring, foot pain on my left side. Was desperate to get back to running and can't believe how quickly after seeing Hayley I was back to my regular runs. Hayley is very professional, knowledgeable and super nice. I will remain a regular for the foreseeable future. 100% recommend.

Had an initial meet and massage with Hayley recently and cannot recommend her professionalism, knowledge and technique enough. From the start she diagnosed the reason for my back issues which I had never even considered the cause! She was very professional, certainly knows her stuff and oozes passion for problem solving and treating people to get their bodies functioning more comfortably. The treatment doesn't stop when you leave the treatment room, with manageable little exercises and Hayley drawing on her own experience of how to fit it in around a busy family life. I have just booked my mother and mother in law in for an initial assessment and I can't wait to get myself booked in again soon. Definitely the Remedial Therapist you need to see!

Hayley is very professional and friendly. She listened to the description of my problem, and knew exactly what to do. She also treated me in a way so I didn't have to lay down, as that causes me pain.... the treatment helped me immensely, felt better straight away. She is always my go to person. Definitely recommend.

100% professional..Excellent therapist, put me at ease and very thorough with the correct paperwork and the safe systems of work. Really happy with the results of therapy, can't thank Hayley enough.
