Review edited after filing a complaint with the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board: I came back after two years, and they assigned me to a new physiotherapist without asking my opinion, so now it was with Kaitlyn Marcus. Kaitlyn Marcus seemed to be nice, but she was actually not. I always reported pain, difficulty walking for longer than 10 minutes in a row, problems sleeping, pain standing up, sometimes feeling an antsy leg, but she never did one single thing to address the pain. She only gave me a few exercises, telling me from afar how to do them, instead of going next to me to do a full set and make sure I was doing everything correctly. She apparently expected me to become an athlete right away and do everything while feeling pain and got upset when I didnt. I read her clinic notes. She dismissed my pain, she wrote that manual therapy doesnt work but never suggested an alternative to treat the pain. When I was her patient, she was in charge of the NHS back class she never suggested me that as an option. The only option she gave me after ignoring me, was to send me back to my GP. I inquired about that because it didnt make much sense to me, and in her notes, she wrote that I wanted her to fix me and that I was refusing treatment. When I was there two years ago, I received manual therapy for my pain, which helped greatly, plus exercises. But Kaitlyn did nothing for me, always dismissed my pain and my person. Then I asked to talk to another physio, which was Jane Seabrook. She blindly supported Kaitlyn, she was very dismissive with my person and my pain, she told me that physiotherapists never give massages and that we all like spa massages but they dont do that there. How can you tell a patient with chronic pain that a manual therapy session is the same as a spa? Both physios were highly unprofessional. Then I reported this to the NHS. After this, I talked to the manager and one of the directors there who were very kind and listened to me. They offered me the NHS back classes, which I took with Sam Chapman. Those classes helped me greatly, and Sam is a very kind physio that cares for you. I still have yet to know how they are going to correct Kaitlyns behaviour because its simply not ethical. They also promised me to be much more neurodiversity aware so they can help us better in the future. Although I dont recommend the clinic, because I got two unethical physios in a row, I have to say that Sam Chapman, Paul Green and Rebecca Visser were very kind folks, and they did seem to care for their patients and me.

I would highly recommend to anyone to attend this centre. I attended as an NHS patient and was treated by Jane who was absolutely fantastic in which during my sessions she worked on my trapped nerve and got me back on two feet and back to work. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and very helpful and I was treated with 100% respect. I would return to this centre without any doubt. Thank you Jane and all the staff who run this centre you are fantastic!
