SR Sports Therapy

Went to see Steven to help in the next step of my recovery from lumbar disc issues. His manner is excellent and very approachable. Has filled me with confidence, both in his knowledge and in encouraging my recovery through movement and exercise. He saw my long term goals and has worked out a progressive plan which I can believe in. You obviously have to put the work in yourself but his support is second to none.

I would highly recommend Steve from SR Sports Therapy, the treatment I received was exceptional. Diagnosis made quickly and fully explained with exercises and advice given. Guidance sent through on an easy to use app and call ups from Steve to check all is going well. An honest and trustworthy professional who does not keep you on the books unnecessarily.

Discussed a lower back injury and had a sports therapy massage on it to help release some tension and knots to aid my ongoing physiotherapy. Did a brilliant job and back has been a lot more mobile since.

Popped into to see Steven today, addressed the injury very quickly and got to work. Even after 1 session I felt 10X better. Couldn't recommend enough, a lot of knowledge and fantastic at what he does.

I worked with Steve within a football club environment, he was absolutely fantastic to work with. Having worked with him closely hes got a strong work ethic hes very knowledgeable and carries out his work with care and professionalism. I would certainly recommend him to anyone and I will continue to see him throughout my career.
