I have been completely satisfied with the sales and installation process by Eco Energy. At the moment I am having a few Teething problems which I have been assured will be resolved as soon as possible, unluckily these occurred during a long Bank holiday weekend. I was impressed by the personnel service from David, the Managing Director. Update: The teething problem has been sorted, as always a minor component that was difficult to analyse. Chris from Eco Energy checked each item individually to identify the fault, we now have an excellent system running at 100%.

The salesman, Kurt was clear, not pushyand realistic as to our requirements. The lads fitting everything were quick, efficient and friendly talking time to chat and explain what yhey were doing which I found interesting. Overall a cracking job.

Great to deal with The Director of the company explained everything in detail and has been accommodating when we paid a large amount of money to a competitor, we should have gone to U.K. ECO Energy first. First Class ! Overall Score: 5

Highly recommended. They advised me of the installation timetable well in advance and were 100% reliable. The install was complicated by a fuse issue not of their making, but they rectified it for me anyway. Always very helpful and polite, they were able to work effectively and independently despite my limitations, being disabled. Can't praise them highly enough. -
