        I went to Timpsons outside of Tesco up the Carlton Centre to have some shoes done. The guy wasn't very friendly, he didn't even crack a smile and customer service was appalling. Went back to collect and he said he was just finishing them off....but tried to hide the fact that they weren't even started and did them whilst waiting. Wasted days and petrol for this....prices were shocking so I doubt I will be returning!

        Terribly - after 2 attempts at cutting a door key on different blanks, we didn't have time to go back a third time. Very disappointed and waste of 9, time and petrol.
