        The service from Couling Sewing Machines is truly fantastic, I would give them more than five stars were it possible. I ordered a Bernina walking foot from them which arrived the very next day, truly phenomenal service. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

        I ordered a replacement needle plate for my Brother M343D overlocker online through Couling Sewing Machines with a slight hesitation as I had never heard of them before. It was marked as shipped within 15 minutes of me placing the order (with tracked first class shipping), and it arrived first thing the next morning. The needle plate fits perfectly and I'm happily back to sewing. Thank you!

        I have used Couling Sewing machines to service my machines for a while and 2 years ago purchased both a Brother machine and an Elna overlocker, today I went to investigate a "heavyduty" machine thinking it would take on the heavier jobs I do (I sew a lot), not only did they not sell me a new machine but gave me advice on how better to use what I have, so good to have such honesty, THANK YOU
