Exception rather than the rule on todays visit. Food quality was very poor soggy greasy fish, warm chips and cold mushy peas, yes it was the daytime special but still no excuse for what was presented to us. No staff to complain/ bring attention to problem, until 30 minutes later, when member of staff said she would pass information to the kitchen. Why didn't I go to the bar, sadly the member of staff behind the bar had a very bad cold and wasn't prepared to get within breathing distance of him

Went to this pub after playing sport with staff. As we entered there a bit of commotion as I was stood at the bar and the next thing I know I was not getting served (even though I wanted a soft drink) and then told to clear off and leave the premises. All the staff was in shock as they wasn't coursing a fuss and had ID to show that they where over 18. Best bit is one of them wanted a tap water and the guy behind the bar refused to give her a water. I couldn't believe that a a venue rejected about 40-50 pound of drinks especially soft drinks, even though he severed 3 of are colleges. If you can't handle your building and the people you serve why are there working. What a shambolic place. Used to like it there, not now

shambles of an establishment, a group of us arrived (some underage some up to the age of 30) and were told that we werent allowed to be served alcohol, after serving 3 of us already, which is understandable as underages could be given a drink, but then further told that we werent allowed any drinks at all not even a soft drink, refused to be served a glass of water and then asked to leave with absolutely no reason at all. The Manager with glasses and little hair needs a consideration of his job if that is how he manages an establishment and some proper training

Great coffee. Relaxing surroundings. My new favourite coffee experience. Felt cosy, calm, safe and was enjoyable. Staff were friendly and I was greeted with a smile. It was nice to see a notice from the landlord as you walk in. Ill definitely be back. Must be tried to be enjoyed. Thank you.
