Opened right next to an existing games store and sold half the range of products at insane prices so everyone went next door to buy products and took them back there to open. Asked that you buy an item of food or drink every hour to stay there so rather than buying a full meal then staying there to play you had to buy a snack each hour. It wasn't helped by the fact they regularly didn't have items in stock and when you did get it, it was 3 for seven Tesco value onion rings, or 5 for chicken strips that were rock solid and black, and having to pay extra for sauce. Once messaged them to say "I'm coming in today and was wondering if you bought bulk", and was simply told they do. I drove an hour and carried a 5kg box of cards through Lincoln only to be told the person who was there wasn't allowed to buy cards, which would have been useful to know beforehand. Messaged them another time to ask what magic products they had in stock and was just told "we've just had a huge magic restock" only to get there and find it was two types of booster packs, two secret lairs, and two commander decks so I ended up going to the two other games shops in Lincoln to buy products. Even when they shut they'd previously posted what events were happening for the week ahead before shutting immediately with no warning meaning we had to find somewhere else to play as we were told these events were going to be on. Staff were always very friendly and helpful though but when the only staff member is in the middle of a game it can be a little awkward to ask them to pause that game to make food. Can't say I'd return when it comes back.

Opened late so not a great start. Drinks sightly expensive and food uninspiring. Place was clean and tidy and the staff friendly. Toilet needs a service and a spruce up.
