Absolutely shocking service, the staff were rude and unfriendly. Notified staff of No milk in coffee machine and no sugar. Had to wait 10 mins at the bar to then be told a couple of sachets had been put out. Ordered pancakes with fruit for my toddler, no fruit available so was served rubbery pancakes on their own with no explanation or apology. The shift manager did order alternative when I went to complain and I was refunded the difference when asked. Nobody seemed to care about giving ant sort of pleasant customer service and were rude. The one issue on its own would've been passable but the whole dining experience was awful. The manager must be awful as everyone in there was miserable.

Good food, ceiling a bit low, nice enough, window seating on a good day, watch the world go by, service quick and the app works well, busy pub, chatty pub, some kittens once found in a bag in the toilets.
