In this very natural conversation, we spoke in depth about my motivations, aspirations and what roles and cultures would be the best match for these. Using this profile, Jamie was able to advise on a number of suitable roles, but together, we selected a company that mirrored my values. I signed up to this recruitment agency about four years ago, within the first six months Matthew had found me a role that was suited to me. Unfortunately after a couple of years this role didn't really work out for me so I was straight back in contact with Matthew again and after a long professional chat explaining my situation he was back on the hunt for a new role. After a couple of months he contacted me explaining he had found a possible position that would suit me. I had a couple of interviews and I got the job(which I start in June ).
