I've dealt with Matt for a number of years, not only do I class him a professional at what he does we have become good friends. The job market is full of pitfalls without the right advice, SFR (Matt & his team) are always on hand to offer interview advice and provide good opportunities when you're looking to move in your job. Jamie proactively approached me to discuss my employment situation. In this very natural conversation, we spoke in depth about my motivations, aspirations and what roles and cultures would be the best match for these. Using this profile, Jamie was able to advise on a number of suitable roles, but together, we selected a company that mirrored my values. I was supplied with a very compressive job description, a good overview of the company and where I would fit into this. I felt that I understood what the client wanted and how best to match my skills to this. The interviews went ahead as scheduled with good and timely feedback provided at every step of the journey with no unreturned calls or emails at all. With his advice and assistance we secured a great role with a great company working for a great manager with an above expected package offered! I signed up to this recruitment agency about four years ago, within the first six months Matthew had found me a role that was suited to me. Unfortunately after a couple of years this role didn't really work out for me so I was straight back in contact with Matthew again and after a long professional chat explaining my situation he was back on the hunt for a new role. After a couple of months he contacted me explaining he had found a possible position that would suit me. I had a couple of interviews and I got the job(which I start in June ). Matthew was in constant contact giving me updates even out of office hours throughout the whole process. All I can say is SFR are an absolute pleasure to work with.
