        Called red rock few times in December looking for job always got same thing, whats your name and number and we will call you back and received no call back. Its happened 4 times now. Finally today someone called back called Sam and immediately said 30/10/22 we got you an interview then you didnt show up for the interview why didnt you show, I said I was in a job at the time so I wasnt even looking for job. Felt like I was being told off like in school so not going to an interview I didnt need at the time Red rock this is poor customer service, I understand people dont turn up to jobs or interview sometimes, however there is a much better way to approach this with someone, rather than coming across as argumentative. It was very rude and made me lose all trust in company. Please work on customer service and how to deal with people over the phone. Very poor !!
