The Oval Post Office

Main website says it's open Google says it should be open it's not open. No plans for today for it to be open. They are holding my parcel inside there with no access to it. The storeys I have heard about the staff here from people I know are appalling. Personally think that they need to do a staff restructure here.

I visited this branch for the first time today as I needed to withdraw some money, I queued a safe two metre distance from the elderly couple in front of me only to be told by a member of staff 'I need to move over there' I did this. Then I was told by another 'you need to move back, I need to be there'. I did this but was shocked at how blunt and rude they came across. The lady next to me in the queue was disgusted and muttered the staff had no manors. To which we were both told to get out if we don't like it. I agreed with the lady and said they were rude. We were then told we were banned from the store and to get out. I can honestly say I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. I work for the ambulance service, and at the time of my visit was in uniform on my 30 minute break. I wanted the money to buy my lunch from the chip shop next door because of this I had to go elsewhere! Disgusting service.

The rudest management I've come across! Not used too being spoken too like a dog . Need too learn customer service

disgusting staff working there. many times I encounter rudeness there, they raise their voice at me. there the invincibles work and still work. I don't understand how people like that can be allowed to work with people. It was my last visit,never again!
