Very nice and friendly staff. Going there regularly and I feel very taken care of. I dont understand the bad reviews as I never had a bad experience in the store.

I've just been to the Post office to put on the government's 66 fuel allowance on my prepayment gas card. To do this you need id from a list, options are a valid uk passport, driving licence, pension card or household bill. The following will be written as he said I said format. "Can you put this on my card please " after handing over my passport. "No sorry this hasn't the correct address " "It hasn't got any address, it's a passport " "We need something with your address " "No you just need id" "Have you got a utility bill?" "No, I don't get utility bills I'm on prepayment meters, that's why I've just given you a prepayment card" "You need to get a passport with your current address on" "Passports don't have bloody addresses on!" "Well a driving licence then " "I don't drive" "Then I can't put the money on your card " "Will a letter from eon be good enough?" "Yes" "Well the letter I've just given you from eon with my current address on telling you to give me the money if I show you a valid passport isn't good enough?" "No " "Are you kidding me?" "OK I will do it this time but when you come again I will need some proper id" Terrible service
