A neat tidy little post office, staff was helpful, no queue when we visited

Its great that they have extended opening hours for the post office, very convenient for people that work ,well it would be if they didnt give you an excuse each time. Been here on 3 occasions, the post office is either closed due to a delivery or they are counting the cash. But its ok because you can just pop back in an hour later when they feel like serving again.

I was able to post my parcels, and on a Sunday too! There was no fanfare or red carpet, just a polite and and helpful person at the counter who was competent at their job, but compared to the atrocious service (and in some cases complete lack of service) from other satellite post offices in the area such as Birchwood and 418a High Street, it felt like I was being treated as royalty. I would be happy to come here again.

I work until 6pm, get here to post an urgent parcel at 6:15 and the woman behind the counter says she can't process my parcel as she's logged off the system.... The post office closes at 7pm so I hope she wasn't being paid for the last 45mins, said she couldn't do it due to staff training problems, I certainly hope she's shown how to work a full shift, she also said one other member of staff couldn't do it and her other colleague was on a well earned day off. Absolutely disgrace, genuinely fuming with the level of stubbornness this employee had. Please don't use this place, or atleast within hours of opening and closing because they'll decide to log off divices early
