I have never been so disrespected going to a post office before. I had a letter I needed to post but didn't have the address written on the front so I asked for a pen to write it down - this ended up with a good 5 minutes of the lady behind the counter rudely telling me I shouldn't have come if I didn't have everything ready and she shouldn't have to offer a pen. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour

DONT GO ON SATURDAY MORNING when the chubby blonde curly haired woman works. She's in her late 40's & has a southern accent. She's served me several times & every time no matter how polite & clearly spoken I am, She is rude Dismissive & wants rid of me. The woman is always stressed & flustered & red in the face. She doesn't have the composure to be in a job serving the public. And she has no social skills either. However, the dark haired tall lady in her 40's/ 50s who has worked there years is lovely. She is always pleased to serve you & is polite & very knowledgeable giving the best advice. But I think she works during the week.

Woman on the counter made my wife extremely upset today and was unbelievably rude. She would not accept change and asked for it to be bagged. My wife apologized and kindly asked for bags. The woman on the counter sad I'll just do it and made my wife feel horrible and made her feel like she was in the wrong. Horrible customer service and a real issue for the name of the post office. My wife thanked the lady and she ignored her and made her feel as bad as she possibly could. This lady who did this is a horrible person and should not be allowed to sever customers! A bit of advise. If you don't accept change and your customer asks for bags to bag up the change be polite and explain why. I have never left a one star review but I would avoid using this office until management has trained their staff in customer service. You do not expect to be made to feel like a criminal for a service you offer. This was today at around 9:45.
