        Had a problem with an unvented cylinder. John couldn't get to it, but advised me on how to fix it. I am a plumber but don't do unvented. Very helpful

        John did a complete bathroom refurbishment with walk in low profile shower tray, took out the bath, installed toilet, wash basin and completely re-tiled the room. John was very Covid Safe as we are both shielding and consulted with us all the way through the job. Very pleased. 5 out of 5 Service: Shower installation
