We contacted Central Plumbing when our boiler began Kettling. They were quick to respond, having a plumber with us within 24 hours and the issue was quickly identified. Unfortunately the boiler developed a serious leak whilst waiting for the part to arrive and we had to turn it off, leaving us with no heating or hot water. As the boiler was 10 years old, we decided the best course of action was to have a new boiler installed. Not only did Central Plumbing send me out a quote within a couple of hours, but once I accepted, they sent a team around late afternoon on the same day to fit it and ensure that we didn't have to go another night without heating. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly and courteous and I couldn't fault them. Thank you.
