Paul, I'm still waiting for the refund you promised and my product information and as you're not reponding to my messages (I spoke to you last week on my friends phone as you wont pickup when my husband and I try to ring you or return our messages!!!!) I thought I'd message you one last time before I seek legal advice. Please everyone, avoid at all costs!!! I won't go into the nightmare we had and the customer service is no better!!!! We have had to pay other workmen to get the issues resolved as well as pay for new products!!! Absolutely disgraceful!!!

We hired Paul to fit a new bathroom suite, alongside a tiler of his recommendation. The tiler did an excellent job. Sadly, this is where the positivity of our experience ends. As has been mentioned, communication is a huge problem - despite being attached to his phone constantly while on the job, getting Paul to answer a call or respond to a message is a substantial challenge - unless, of course, you use an an unfamiliar number. Hes suddenly available again then. More concerning, though, was the quality - or lack thereof - of the work. We had to bring Paul back after he claimed to have finished as pipes on the sink were exposed and he claimed it was impossible for this not to be the case. He did return and sort this. The bath panel fitting was also a hurried botch job, but we decided to pick our battles, draw a line under the whole experience and move on. Sadly, the issues did not end there. Paul never returned to pick up his waste, leaving it on our garden for weeks while he dodged messages and made excuses (having been paid in advance - an error in judgment, but we were trying to be helpful). We had to pay somebody else to deal with this. The final straw for our patience and understanding came yesterday, when water began rushing through our kitchen ceiling. Another - competent! - plumber discovered that the pipes beneath the new bath had not been fitting correctly, causing a leak. This could have become very serious and caused major damage. Overall, I urge anybody to steer clear.

Drilled through two different water pipes in the space of 7 months, both times they attended quickly and did an excellent job at a good price. Well pleased

Unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent I engaged Aquatech to replace a defective shower. During the work Tom Martin broke the shower tray which was replaced by Paul Martin. Two months later I notice a new stain on the ceiling below the shower. I telephoned them six times leaving voice messages but got no answer or reply. Later using a different telephone I managed to speak to Tom Martin who agreed to come the next day but did not turn up. Later still I spoke to Paul Martin, again an appointment was made which he did not keep. I was unable to use the shower for several months. Then I engaged J&S plumbing who found that the shower tray waste trap had been fitted broken without a rubber seal and had been bodged up with sealant rather than fitting an intact part with the proper seal. In addition close examination revealed Tom Martin had also cracked four tiles in the shower which he had not replaced or even alerted me to. Neither Tom Martin or Paul Martin responded to my request for them to reimburse me the cost of correcting their inadequate work. I sued them and a year later I have a county court judgement against them and have been paid. Now I only have the hassle of redecorating the stained ceiling caused by their incompetence. Also: climbed on my bedroom furniture to access the loft to turn off the water rather than using a step ladder. Opened the window because of the dust without telling me when it was raining so my books got soaked. No written quotation or invoice. Service: Shower installation
