I live in an flat on the top floor The delivery driver was nervous and didn't deliver the food from Upstairs! but he naively said that we should come downstairs for food! then what do we pay delivery charge and service extra fee for? I am disappointed!

Update Im the other one who got the chicken kebab and it came pick ate some of it without realising tastes funny put flash torch on and its bright pink its been 2 hours since and Ive just thrown up with awful stomach ache !
