Best pharmacy in Lincoln... I got the best advice and best treatment from there pharmacist Tony after getting nowhere with my doctor and 2 other pharmacy's. Hell always go out of his way to help you the best he can... Would recommend without hesitation..

Today I was in Lincoln for work, and i live 45 miles away. Sods law has it, that I forgot my purse at home, with my prescription only medication in it. I needed the medication today so I went to a pharmacy, where I was told unfortunately without prescription they can't help me, that maybe I could ask for my GP to send the pharmacy an emergency prescription. Unfortunately this is not possible with my GP practice, at least not within the timescale I needed the meds to prevent a full on attack. They advised that the same medication is available without prescription under a different brand name, what they don't have on stock, but I may find in another pharmacy. This is how I ended up at Lincoln co-op, Newland, desperate for help, hoping that they may store this medication. However, Mr Tony Hayes, the pharmacist went above and beyond, and helped me by asking for emergency prescription via 111 site on the spot and provided me with the much needed pill. But then my Google wallet payment failed, and I had no other means to pay. Mr Hayes made yet another gesture of pure kindness and just let me to have the medication saying I can pay when I come back to Lincoln again. I cannot express the gratitude I had for him, as he helped me to avoid being knocked off my feet for the next three days, which would have been a certainty, had I not been given the meds so timely. Mr Hayes helped me today with a smile on his face, with a genuine selflessness and at no point did he make me feel that the extra work was an inconvenience to him. My faith in humanity is restored, this will remain a good reason for me to smile for a long time...

Took a neighbour in for her booster and the lovely nurses asked if I had mine. When I replied that the last time I had it was November21, they invited me to have it there and then. Excellent attitude and caring.

came here for my covid booster and was very nervous, i am autistic and scared of needles so usually when getting vaccines im inconsolable but the people who checked me in, spoke to me in the room and the nurse who administered the vaccine were all lovely and made me forget i was even having a vaccine. i felt so comfortable there and i am very grateful to all the staff :)
