UPSIDE DOWN SIX
My experience here has always been brilliant, I have to pick up my prescription on a Saturday, but I always check that itll be ready on Friday after work. As soon as I walk in they know me on first name terms and reassure me its ready and waiting for Saturday. Alway friendly and take time to ask how Im getting on. I love the staff here never had any issues in over 4 years. They need a medal after seeing some of the abuse they have to put up with off inpatient people who blame the staff for short comings which are clearly out their control. Thanks Martyn Kay

They never seem to receive any prescriptions the doctors send over, it takes them nearly all day to find them. A lot of the time they don't have what medication you need in stock. Say come back in a few hours for your prescription and then when you go back tell you it's still not ready!

One thing i have to mention, if anybody has an Assistance, Medical Alert, or Blind Dog, be very careful about taking them into this pharmacy. Due to some medical issues, i needed my dog with me today, & on my way home, i called into the pharmacy with her, to collect some owed medication, but unfortunately, i was given grief about taking her into the pharmacy, even though the dog was labelled, & wasnt causeing any problem. In the end, i said that if there was an issue, to phone the police, & let them deal with it, as legally, I had done nothing wrong. This is the first time i have ever taken her into this pharmacy, & won't be takeing her in again. Legally, these 3 dogs are allowed into certain shops, ect, & technically, it is an offence to refuse access for them. There is NO notice about dogs going into the pharmacy on the doors, or inside, & if they have an issue with official Assistance, Medical Alert, or Blind Dogs, going in, then they should put a notice up.
