        Lady working in there is incredibly rude and didn't care about me having to go away for 10 days without my antidepressants because of their mishandling. Horrible woman.

        I called today 3:27pm to speak to the pharmacist since it was advised to me by 111 to call them. My concern was tonsillitis, But the lady on the phone was rude and just told me we cannot prescribe antibiotics and i said I was advised by 111 to call then she dropped the call without letting me finish. I know antibiotics should be prescribed by a doctor because I am a health professional as well, at least she could have given other prescription for pain relief but instead she just dropped the call. This kind of people needs a lot of training for customer service.
