WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !! SO SO RUDE. Absolutely APPALLED with how rudely I was spoken to today! Huge lack of customer service. I am visiting my family who live in the area (bare in mind I haven't been to Lincolnshire before!) and called up to make an appointment for my toy poodle to get a trim due to the heat. Understandably, I type 'Paws to Groom' into google and click 'directions'. It takes me 25 minutes to the complete other direction! (I do not drive, therefore this was all on foot in 25 degree heat). I call up and apologise for being late and let the lady know her google maps is wrong. She is frustrated and aggressive about my tardiness, however I arrange transportation to get to her as soon as possible. When I arrived, I apologised again and she was huffy and rude. I then showed her evidence of her google maps issue and instead of saying: 'I understand your frustration... we have dealt with this problem for a while now, don't worry about being late.', she angrily shouts at me out this window 'I KNOW GOOGLE MAPS IS WRONG I KNOW', and I ask her to 'please not shout at me' (as id been running around back and forth to find his place).. She did not even let me know when I rang earlier to tell me that google maps was wrong and that it needed updating, but continued to shout at me saying 'I told your mother where it is, she should've told you etc...'. and so I ended up walking away having wasted my time. I am shocked at how I have been treated today and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GROOMERS TO ANYONE. There is 0 customer service. Appalled.
