        Rubbish customer service Left messages several times to make an appointment to have our retriever groomed and trimmed etc but yet again this company does not respond to the messages Whats the point of advertising and blowing your own trumpet if you cant even be bothered to reply to potential new business Will take my money and my dog to The Groom Room in Lincoln

        My dog is very dog reactive so I cant take her to a groomer and I was a bit concerned about her having her first groom. I needn't have worried as Katie is kind and sensitive and now she absolutely adores her and happily trots off into her van for her hair cut. Katie is very professional and reliable and I would highly recommend her service, especially if your dog is a little nervous.
