        Very long waits to get in and collect and a check in process from the last century. A form has to be completed for each customer containing all their details, even if they have been there before. Because of this we waited 20 minutes to drop off and 30 minutes to pick up. Wont go back!

        Had a lovely individual named Will who helped me and my partner purchase two Guinea pigs. Even got the right one out that I picked! As they all looked very similar. They had a massive amount of information which helped me and my partner understand the care for a Guinea pigs, as well as just being able to answer all my questions and give us tips. They also helped get the right feed, and home for the Guinea pig!
