First if you come wearing contacts and forget a case, they'll give you one after sighing loudly, with no solution so your contacts get nice and dry in the case during your appointment.
Then during the air pressure spray test instead of once in each eye (like a normal eye doctor does) itll be 5 in each eye, I think the lady was mad at me over the contacts.
2. While in with the eye doctor they'll ask for your prescription then totally ignore it while checking your new prescription, which the doctor got wrong like .50 off it was awful.
3. When you go back after getting glasses elsewhere and telling them that the prescription they gave you is wrong they'll first act incredibly defensive then say they'll get you an appointment and that appointment will end up being with not the eye doctor and just somebody who adjusts glasses, who will tell you its because of how the glasses sit on you which no my eye feels like its on fire because of how wrong this prescription is.
Then they'll fob you off and never give you an appointment with the eye doctor. Its a joke.
I have since ordered new glasses with the correct prescription because I know my eyes and its been fine. Dont waste your money or time here.
