Won't go in here again after tonight. Can clearly see why people gamble online! Staked a reasonable amount in a few hours here. The customer service was non existant. The new lady seemed nice and was friendly, but the lady that I assume was training the new lady was abrupt and rude! I would choose someone else to train the new lady and show her how customer service is supposed to be done. I even went up on one of my last bets, and the member of staff said 'f**k sake' whether this was about me continuously betting or because there was something wrong with her screen, not good enough either way. I will take my money elsewhere. I had no idea who the rude lady was as I've never seen her work for betfred before, but I won't be returning again. As I said the new lady had manners, saying thankyou on every bet. The other lady, just took my bet each time and didn't say a single thing. Ridiculously rude! I think she needs reminding that the people who bet in store rather than online keep your shops open and running.
