Shocking place. Staff get people up at 4am agency staff say tgat staff sleep on shift so whilst your loved ones sleep so do the staff

We have nothing but good things to say about cathedral view care home, the staff are always so helpful and knowledgable about how the residents are, they do a fantastic job and cant thank them enough. The meals are all home cooked which weve been informed are very nice, its such a comfort to us that our loved one is being so well looked after. Thank you everyone for all you do.

Such a change in the home. So clean and fresh ,maintained to a high level of cleanlinesss. The staff are so dedicated and caring whilst maintaining a level of professionalism and nothing is too much trouble. We know that our mum is safe , warm and cared for.

Would score in 0 stars but it wouldn't let me . This home has been reported so many times even staff have left because of the poor treatment . Manager should be banned from care the staff that are left are just as guilty letting her treat them poor service users the way they have . Never in my life would i send anyone to this home . Loads more better homes better management, safer , clean and service users come first not bullied in there own home. CQC have let this home remain open and yes staff who have left have reported so many unacceptable issues .
