I recently bought a car from here and I cannot fault them at all! Super friendly service and no pressure. This is the first dealership that I have visited that was so relaxed. Harry was fantastic all the way through! Super quick turn around too. :)

Awful service. My purchased (faulty) Range Rover delivered (uninsured) and left on my driveway when I told them I was away. Keys broken, car parts broken, parking sensors not working, condensation issues). Response and lack of responsibility is a joke. They do not conform to the rights of the buyers. No follow up and certainly don't care regarding the list of issues on their vehicles. Pre owned purchase in Oct 2022 - still ongoing.

We ordered a new Qashqai through the mobility scheme. We dealt with Kyle who is one of the mobility specialist. He was an absolute superstar. This was our 1st time using the scheme and Kyle made it all so straightforward for us. He explained everything, kept us updated with the car as well as what was happening with the adaptions to the car. He made everything so easy to understand for my husband as well a going above and beyond for the actually collection of the car, he made such a fuss of him. There wasnt anything he didnt know about the car. I would highly recommend them and especially Kyle.
