Horton SEAT

Recently purchased a used car from Horton which developed a major electronic fault within the first month or so . On the instruction of the warranty company I took it to my local main dealer who quoted literally thousands to carry out the repair . I spoke with the Hortons service department and they couldn't be any more helpful , they collected my car within a couple of days , dropped off a lovely little SEAT Leon for me to use and carried out the repair for me FOC keeping me updated throughout the process and would recommend Horton Lincoln to anyone looking for a new or used car ! Excellent.

I have bought a few used cars in my time but i can honestly say i have never had a more pleasant experience than this, Elliot Buckberry was exemplary in all he did everything he said would be done was done and more, nothing was to much trouble and he covered every part of the purchase in a very professional way, vehicle was prepared to a very high standard and the attention to detail i found very impressive, to be honest when purchasing another vehicle in the future i wouldn't look much further
