This coward stuck it up us with a new Bailey motorhome 22 reg we sent the vehicle back after 4 months as it wasnt fit for purpose then without having the work done he then sticks it back on his site for 8k more the mans a cook and also rufuses to send our tracker back if its the last thing you do dont buy a vehicle from this cook AVOID AVOID AVOID

Id like to say that my purchase has been without issue, however I cant- we bought a 2016 swift that on the forecourt looked great and suited our needs- coming with a six month warranty it was the perfect van for our family to take on weekends, sadly last year on our second trip it leaked badly with water pouring in- these things happen and I repaired it myself after being told- there's nothing we can do you'll have to bring it back (we were in Derbyshire) now here we are van back on the drive for a service to be told- you have to change these tyres they are dangerous and are from 2016..... 2016!!!! Caravan tyres need regular replacement, even if they look like they're in good condition The Caravan Club recommend changing them every five years and should never be used when more than seven years old. response- well if they look ok when we sell the van we don't change them- the inside wall was split horrendously 200 to come out and change from a local supplier, next up your brakes are completely shot the drums are so badly scored and the brakes themselves are breaking down... New Drums and pads....needed.....after calling and explaining in the nicest of terms I was told the following- all our vans are checked rigorously before leaving the forecourt, if anything needs changing or replacing we do that!!!!! and "we cant account for how far you've been since purchasing!" (its been out on 5 trips) less than three hundred miles driven!!!! to say we feel totally ripped off is an understatement... 15,000 screen price, not a lot of money for you guys but to us a fortune for us, invested in quality family time and weekends away, please do not accept being told that these caravans have been fully checked over- I have had conformation that there is no way this should have been allowed to leave any forecourt!!! Not only did you fail to check it over properly- you put my family in danger!!!- you have my details I'm happy discuss!! 2016 swift Archway Hartwell- ******UPDATED***** I was contacted by Ian Robertson the New General manager who called to find out what went wrong- after listening to what I had to say Ian has since refunded us in full for the tyres we had fitted and even though our friends are now purchasing the van has agreed to sort the brakes out for them also- a very happy resolution that we did not expect, top drawer customer service from the top man. Thank you for listening.
