SCS have supported the servers, storage solutions and firewalls of Gelder Ltd for approximately 20 years. In the 15 years I have worked for Gelder Ltd, I have always found the SCS team to be thoroughly professional and helpful. Their customer service is second to none and on the rare occasion we have had a serious issue, they have been on site well within the hour. Their advice on IT trends and new services, without the hard sell tactics employed by other companies, is invaluable. It enables me to make decisions for planning the continual improvements required in a modern network, that in turn helps our business. Thank you SCS.

We had the unfortunate pleasure of doing business with SCS for just over two years. Sadly despite getting off to a good start they seemed more interested in what they can sell us rather than assisting us with our needs. They also claim to have the best metrics /SLA in Lincolnshire but they aren't a dent on our current provider F1. I think they need to spend less time training their staff to be certified and worry more about their customer service skills! Would not recommend

YMCA Lincolnshire have been working with SCS for over 10 years. They support us with our servers, endpoints, firewall and backups. Their team of engineers provide a fast troubleshooting service for our users, and are always knowledgeable and friendly. They work with us to understand our charity and offer support, suggestions and initiative ideas.
