Mountain Carpets & Flooring

Recently I had 3 bedrooms carpeted and a hallway and bathroom laid with LVT by Tommy and his team. The carpets were completed at a very good price and in a timely manner to a high standard. Tommy had difficulty getting the Hall tiles I had originally picked and offered an alternative. I really wanted my original choice, so he continued to call his supplier and eventually got the tiles. This delayed the installation. The Hall design was very labour intensive and intricate so Tommy insisted on doing it himself. He working 3 days late into the evening to complete the project. At 2145hrs. on the 23rd December it was done. Tommy then went down on his hands and knees and washed the tiles thoroughly. I cannot praise his professionalism, work ethic too much. I am so happy and will recommend him to everyone. Thank you Tommy.

The floor to our kitchen was very uneven after an extension had been built and the builders had left it with a large hump across where the new floor started. Tommy advised that it would take 3 days. Day 1 would be initial levelling and raising of the extension floor. Day 2 he would grind the hump down and apply a final levelling layer to the whole floor ensuring that the area was flat and level ready for the tiles to be laid on day 3. The work was completed to an extremely high standard with no extra charges applied to the very competitive quote that he provided before the work started.

Tommy did an absolutely amazing job fitting our floor as always! He was very professional and ensured it was perfectly completed. He even spent extra time checking it all over for us which we were very grateful for. The quality of flooring was of a very high standard and before fitting it Tommy also relevelled and screeded our floors for it to fit perfectly. Thanks as always for an amazing job! We are very happy with the work that Tommy and his team carried out, laying LVT in our living room. Tommy delivered samples before the work and issued a very competitive quote promptly. He was very knowledgeable about LVT flooring and looking at his previous work, we were confident that he would do a good job. The work was carried out in a very covid-secure manner. The workmanship was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to use Tommy again in the future and recommend him to others.
