I have just been to James usher and only spent 7.20 and was treated like a lord by two lovely young ladies they were so kind and helpful they insisted on wrapping my present up it was a brilliant service I am 77 years this was the best service I have had for a long time thanks so much regards tom

I recently had to have my wedding ring cut off due to arthritic finger which was quite traumatic after 52 years. The staff at James Usher were brilliant and showed me support and compassion. Once my finger heals they are going to resize it for me. A big thank you to you all.

My experience of purchasing an anniversary gift for my wife at James Usher & Son Ltd. in Lincoln was very positive. I found the shop to be very welcoming (especially air-conditioned on a hot day) and the staff could not have done more to help me choose a gift, wrapping and beautifully presenting it. I will be happy to buy jewellery from them again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Very good indeed, traditional good service.
