I was able to see an advisor straight away. They were able to deal with my inquiry quickly and my issue was resolved.

Received a text from EE about an early upgrade. Wasn't till we got there that we were told that we would pay an early upgrade fee - not impressed. However, staff member Tammy sorted us out and saved us a bit, too. She also gave us a heads up to the imminent large price increase due March/April. Hopefully this new Samsung will be a whole lot better than the Sony!
