Went in to purchase gas oven. Didnt really know dimensions, or really what we needed. Alison was absolutely brilliant. Looked up for us there and then , nothing was too much trouble. Why does anyone use big companies when you get a family business thats been trading years. Great professional friendly service, that delivers so much more than the big boys. Thank you Alison .

Had my oven installed today. Really efficient and quick service. I've never had to buy one of these before and the lady in the shop was lovely and friendly. She was really helpful and gave me great advise about what I might be after. The installation was really easy and when my gap was slightly to small he quickly and efficiently solved and fixed the problem. Would definitely recommend them over any of the larger chains. Their knowledge base and service level was second to none.
