We thought we had a battery and electrical problem. First off we were booked in for May 2nd, however because we took the vehicle in and left it with Sopers they fitted it in on Monday 17th April,which was great as we had had to hire car for around three weeks. The checks were carried out and found to be that the new battery had not been registered to the vehicle. In spite of having this checked by TWO other garages in Newark. So, very well done Soper Mini and particularly Peter Mizen who was very helpful, and resolved the problem. So, at last we have our car back after three weeks of hire cars. Thanks again and well done. The used car we bought developed a major issue after just 2,000 miles which was not covered by warranty. The offer that was made to assist us was derisory - well buy back the car for 6K less than you paid. This organisation talks the talk but doesnt walk the walk. We will be taking legal advice as the car we were sold was not fit for purpose.
