        I only go to Centred Therapies with Carolyn now. I have been to many places for a massage after suffering with a bad back and nowhere is like there. Everything is absutely perfect. Carolyn even recognises if your arms need to be propped up for better positioning and from start to finish, everything is perfect. Thank you so much, will look forward to my next massage.

        Went to "Find Inner Calm" with Carolyn and can not recommend it enough. 3 hours of pure indulgence and pampering certainly left me totally relaxed, so much so, I think I fell asleep during reflexology at the end! Delicious graze box from The Garden Tea Room, which was plenty for a mid-pamper snack and lunch afterwards. Thank you Carolyn

        21 weeks pregnant and got gifted a massage with Carolyn. She made me super comfortable and relaxed and Ill definitely be back post birth to try her other massage styles. Very recommended.

        Wow!! I dont really know what else to say. Ive just had the Indian head massage with Carolyn. Having never had one before I didnt know what to expect. But it was incredible! Centred therapies is something completely different to anywhere Ive ever been before. It feels so much more personal/relaxed and informal and the therapy really feels like its tailored for you, rather than the masses. I cant wait to go back. I feel amazing!
