        Been coming here for cardio and flexibility classes. I enjoy coming here very much.The Dojang is run by friendly and helpful staff and as someone who runs a lot, this has helped me improve my running with improved technique and no injuries thus far, would highly recommend.

        Friendly and fun very reasonably priced and easy accessible with lots of parking Ive also heard there doing a martial fitness class on Tuesday and Thursday might need to check it out
