UPS Lincoln

I send two parcel to Australia back in February 2020, this was my first time since my husband passed away the driver Simon filled out the sheet this was picked up from Whisby Rd, I received one parcel return damaged I repack the parcel replace the damaged goods and still no sign of my other parcel. I keep get fobbed off when I ask to go and identify my package as I know it and still nothing that parcel is worth over a 1000 and that client parts is still in ups warehouse somewhere. I tried calling the Lincoln branch and the phone no don't recognise

driver stood outside house wrote a failed delivery in under 30 seconds drove off all picked up by ring door bell he failed to use...pe25 1...very very bad service

What a shower of s..t get delivery time as 0945 to 1355 not delivered did a track saying out for delivery up to closing ,now saying the same as before 0945 to 1345 how can it when it's 1745 and still no delivery wouldn't trust them with a bloody tea bag

worst service the delivery faked a delivery attempt when i was at the gate i would of seen hi. then rang head office and was told dont we will make sure the driver delivers it that .... day 20 phone calls later still no parcel.
