    I completely agree with Gail Barkworth, elderly people are easily confused with forms etc... so do need a bit of help for filling them in, and housebound people also need time to fill in forms, and get someone to get them back to you, 3 postal days is NOT enough time for people to get their forms back to yourselves. I am sorry to say that your current system is not elderly friendly, if this is standard practise!!!
