Danielle Louise

I went to see Danielle after my second baby and found her classes really beneficial. She is very knowledgable and approachable and made me feel very comfortable. The exercises are gentle and restorative for both your core muscles as well as your pelvic floor and you feel muscles that you haven't felt working for a long time! I don't feel comfortable with going to your traditional gym so Danielle's classes were perfect for me and it was great to be able to take your baby along to and meet other mums and baby's. I cant recommend Danielle's services enough! Thanks Danielle!

I recently completed the Beginners Healing Post-Natal Exercise class with Danielle and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I found the class so enjoyable, and although the exercises feel quite gentle at the time, you really feel the affects afterwards. The exercises you learn are so easy to take away with you and carry on at home. Danielle is so friendly and welcoming, she really makes you feel at ease. She is so knowledgeable and explains things really clearly for you, and she is more than happy to answer any questions you might have. I was also able to take my 3 month old baby along to the sessions and there was an area set up for him to play/sleep whilst we exercised. I will definitely be going on to the Advanced class!
