I was spoken to, no shouted at, in a thoroughly disgusting way by the MD of this firm for making a mistake amending my will. This was literally weeks after my father had passed. I would definitely avoid this firm who seem to be troubled by customers requests, and have zero social skills at dealing with human beings. Theres plenty of other Will writers around that do know how to deal with people patiently and politely especially when theyre getting paid and their customers are bereaved. Shame on you.
