Called this company about digger and driver hire. Would have been a big job. Was told someone would call me back...... and i'm still waiting. Not professional, they don't deserve work, keep away. One star simply because you can't leave zero.

If you want your turf laid over CONCRETE and a DRAIN, look no further! Heavy rain caused a flood in my patio area as the Redfearns man had laid turf not only on the rotavated ground, but carried on on the concrete path, including a drain, so the water could not escape. My neighbours came to my rescue and tried to find out what had caused this and we could not believe what we found. This was a distressing episode. It took several increasingly frustrated e-mails and a letter sent by post (indicating legal proceedings) for the company to react. The manager insisted I was referring to a manhole cover, although he had not seen it, and was extremely rude. I sent him photographs and waited two days and found out by chance that the original workman was coming the next day - they forgot to tell me. This man could not explain why he had carried out this ridiculous handiwork - he said " I'm only human" and "Nobody died". He did cut away the turf and suggested that maybe the drain had been covered, which I assured him was not the case. Every time I spoke he interrupted me, and said "It's not a drama". He was so rude that I ordered him to leave. 1,100 for this level of customer service!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely 5 star service from Dave and Aron. Exemplary and timely service, top quality materials used, and more importantly in these days of COVID 'mark up', an extremely competitive and reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough.

Dave and the team leveled a patch of garden and dug out a patio foundations Great job, great price will use again.
