        After waiting 20 minutes outside the Joma store in Steep Hill (same owner) I then went to this store as needed to exchange a duplicated Xmas gift to then be told off for having the nerve to comment on the wait I'd had at the other store. Apparently if you own your own business you can do as you please. Not impressed at all.
