Beware!! This company cleaned my elderly parents roof but never completed the work paid for, blocked and broke a down pipe and spilt acid over half of their drive. Despite agreeing to finish the work and make good the damage they did they have never returned and dont answer phone calls or letters. I have informed Trading Standards. They also trade as Rejuvinate and Homestyle!! Service: Rooftop/skylight cleaning

Sean came to scrape the moss off my roof and then to treat it. Roof looks great and has improved the overall look of the house. He had to come back a couple of times due to weather conditions but nothing was too much trouble. Very hardworking and knowledgeable and everything was cleared up when finished. Would definitely recommend this company.

Sadly I am having to leave this review as I have had no response to an outstanding issue with Green Shield. As a company they carried out works on an adjacent property back in June 22. In spraying the neighbours roof, the chemical spray came into our garden and and went on a line full of our washing (all now covered in bleach) and damaged cushions (again covered in bleach) which were on outside chairs. It also went on a number of plants which have not recovered and have had to be dug up and replaced. Despite Sean visiting and stating, he would recompense me for the damage (over 550), we have heard nothing further. I have left messages and sent various emails without a response. Whilst I appreciate errors and accidents happen, a sign of a good company is one which sorts and remedies issues. We are now into month 4 since this damage occurred.
