It's very well located, parking was OK but as it's it a residential area it can be tricky, but it's close to the city.
When we went Sue was away. It's Sue's home and it's a sort of AirBNB style places sharing the house with whoever.
Her assistant asked us what she could get us for breakfast ~ we had to prepare it, but that was fine.
The rooms were homely, if you want 5 star hotels don't book here, but if you want a cosy home near the city centre it's fun.
It will NOT suit everybody, some will love it and some will main and give it one star.
It's not your standard B&B, it's stay in someones house with all their stuff around, get your own breakfast, sometimes share a bathroom, there's an en suite if it's not already booked.
It's quirky and bohemian but if you're OK with that, you'll probably love it ~ we did.
