What a great service. Ordered 2 special gin balloon glasses off Amazon. Not only were the glasses really well packaged but there was a note inside saying if it was a Christmas gift ,and due to Royal Mail strikes ,if the package was delivered after Christmas they would allow us to return them free of charge and had closed a pre paid sticker- now thats what you call real service

Just received my order of 3 beautiful wrendale pictures only placed 2 days ago fantastic service fast delivery & well packaged & very good value , would highly recommend this company & use again myself.

Order arrived quite quickly but what let it down was the quality check of items if one is done. I ordered a notebook as a gift.and had to go out to shops to buy something else as packaging on book was ripped and had been resealed as no adhesive left on 1 side and book corners not best condition or white mark on back. Elastic to hold book closed very loose as if been overstretched. Will donate to charity auction as quality not good enough for a gift. Giraffe flask was brilliant and would highly recommend it. 1st time I used this company and would return for selected items but not books etc. Cant leave reviews on feefo unless asked by company it seems which seems selective.
